  • Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed

  • Cancellations over 48 hours before the event may be rescheduled (subject to availability)

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable; remaining balance may still be payable

  • If Dead Pretty must cancel, a full refund or reschedule will be offered
